They do a good job of upholding the JW standard. The towels are a bit rough. I would have enjoyed a room with a view. But I believe they overall did a great job and it's clear that everyone has a commitment to quality.
A must in Bogota! Typical service you would expect from a JW. Spa was very good; sauna and hot tub were huge. Gym was excellent. Lounge had great food and the concierges at breakfast and dinner were excellent. Great customer service. We didn't eat at any restaurants, just hung out in the lounge. I encourage you to tip these guys as they worked hard to make sure you had everything you needed and remembered your preferences from the day before. Location is great and walkable to several shopping areas. Uber works very well or you can contract with a taxi to take you places.
Just amazing!! Staff, managers, the chef. Just an amazing experience. Had an early flight and the staff overheard and asked me they would have breakfast sandwich ready for when I checked out, therefore I would have something to eat before my flight. The executive lounge was amazing and the food was always pleasant and delicious. Will definitely stay again

As a high-status Marriott member and first-time visitor to Colombia, I chose this property for familiarity. What I found was a masterclass in hospitality built on trust and genuine human connection. Due to a flight delay, my boyfriend checked in ahead of me with ease - no friction, no rigidity. When I arrived the next day, I was warmly welcomed, upgraded to a full suite, and only then asked for payment. That level of trust set the tone. Over eight days, everything was seamless. The suite was quiet and well-appointed, housekeeping precise, and the front desk consistently warm and engaged. The executive lounge stands apart. Oscar and Victor deliver exceptional service - remembering names, preferences, even the smallest details. They strike the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth. Factory Steak & Lobster is outstanding. Flawless execution, excellent ingredients, and a smart, approachable wine list - easily one of the best hotel dining experiences I’ve had anywhere. Security is visible and reassuring, and staff proactively guide guests on navigating the city safely. After tens of thousands of hotel nights worldwide, this stay ranks in my top five. A truly exceptional property.
First time there for almost a week since the beginning, the front desk service was very warm, Few hotels have this service. Amazing breakfast served by Margarita, Yohan and David. Top notch. Hope coming back again soon.
