If you’re in Bologna and love street food, this place is a must! Everything we tried at Mortadella Lab was incredibly delicious, perfect for grabbing something quick on the go without compromising on quality or flavor. :(The only downside is that you can’t really stand right outside the shop to eat, as it’s not allowed, so you might need to wander a bit to find a spot to enjoy your food. Still, it’s absolutely worth it for how tasty everything is. Highly recommended for a quick and authentic bite!

A total "must-try" if you are spending time in Bologna! 🇮🇹 These sandwiches are incredibly generous and packed with the freshest local ingredients—you can really taste the quality of the mortadella. 🌯 There is usually a line, but the staff is super efficient and it moves fast. Perfect for a quick, authentic, and delicious lunch! 😋🌟

One of the best takeaway in the city center of Bologna. Cheap, quick order delivery, amazing bread (rosetta, tipical Bolognese bread) and even better Mortadella. 100% recommended.

This place was recommended to us by a few people and as Bologna is famous for its mortadella we thought we would give it a try. We had three sandwiches - the mortadella with pistachio and provola, the mortadella with croquettes and the artichoke, stracciatella and sun-dried tomatoes. The mortadella was very nice and clearly good quality but we felt that some of the sandwiches lacked sauce.

Perfection! Showed up to a quick moving line, decided on the original #2 and the counter woman was so kind to offer to cut it in half for us ( as it was our second lunch of the day). Sando was ready in 5 minutes, we stood under the portico enjoying every single bite, sometimes swearing about how good it was. I would say run don’t walk to go get you a Mo! Mortadella Lab Sando! Damn, that was so good!
